Calculation of PIN codes by VIN for KIA and Hyundai models with SMARTRA-3 immobilizer is free and does not require tokens in offline mode - if there are records. Otherwise, for missed records, CWP-2 can request a PIN code from a third-party source(s) online with a waiting time of 1-3 seconds and charge tokens with user approval. Security key must be connected for such calculations.

Offline mode supports KIA and Hyundai cars by VIN up to 2017, until the data is updated. Third-party sources offered in online mode are limited to 2017 for now, but may have different coverage. Unfortunately, we lost a source with up to date 100% coverage of all manufactured cars in all regions a few years ago.
I hope to find a new source and connect it. Connecting other code providers takes only a minute and becomes available to all users instantly. But, the problem is to find a supplier with good coverage of new models, acceptable cost and minimal latency.
