Key cutting Code old Nissan Micra

Is it possible to get the keycutting code by VIN from old Nissan Micra 1999 ?
A customer of me lost all keys from all cars#
I have 3 VIN here for this i need the Key code
SJNFAAK11U4016443
SJNFBAK11U0164718
SJNFBAK11U3234930
For this Job i buy this wizard Pro, but dont get the code

You can always check VIN - first 3 chars is WMI
